About ACPAI

ACPAI Insurance ("ACPAI") is the new name being used by the administrator of the Professional Liability Insurance Programme for the accounting professionals. This programme was established 23 years ago by the Professional Liability Insurance Committee of the CICA, now CPA Canada, to provide small and medium sized accounting firms across Canada access to a stable plan of insurance at a reasonable cost.

In keeping with the unification of the accounting professionals throughout Canada, we are transforming to better serve the collective Chartered Professional Accountants. Together with our broker, Aon Reed Stenhouse, we administer the Quebec CPA Group Plan, excess insurance plan for Quebec Group Plan members, and a separate plan covering CPA/CA practitioners throughout Canada.
